All American Foods, Inc. Expands its Research & Development and Pilot Plant Facility

To further strengthen their position of being the premier manufacturer of unique and value added food ingredients, the board members of All American Foods, Inc. unanimously approved the expansion of its Research & Development and Pilot Plant facility.  Located on their Mankato, MN corporate campus, the new expansion will more than double the size of its current facility and allow for an increased level of product development to enhance the innovative ingredient solutions it offers to current and potential customers.

This state-of-the-art expansion will foster the continued development of its Pro Mix® line of dairy and non-dairy ingredients that include, but are not limited to:  cheese powders and cheese flavorings, specialty cultured ingredients, high fat dairy and non-dairy powders.  The expanded Technical Center will have diverse pilot plant capabilities that include a full range of liquid and powder processing with a full-scale test kitchen validating ingredient functionality and processing parameters.  Groundbreaking is scheduled for January 2016, with an anticipated completion date in the second quarter of 2016.
