All American Foods, Inc. Opens Technical Center

In a move to strengthen its position as a leading custom and specialty processor of dry food and nutritional products, All American Foods, Inc. announced the opening of its Technical Center located in Mankato MN.

All American Foods, founded in 1987, develops, manufactures and markets value-added food ingredients for food service and retail food manufacturers, at its 4 manufacturing facilities in Mankato and Waseca, Minn.  The company is known for its trademarked “Pro Mix®” line of products that can be used in a variety of finished products including, but not limited to, baked goods, confectionery items, salad dressings and sauces, processed cheeses and egg products.  With four manufacturing facilities, the company has a processing capacity of more than 175 million pounds annually.

The All American Foods Technical Center houses the Research and Development and Technical Service Departments.  These departments offer technical and application assistance to our current and potential customers.  The Technical Center is designed to bring applications from start to finish.  Utilization of this facility’s equipment, along with its close proximity to pilot plant and manufacturing facilities, adds additional support to those efforts.  With adherence to the strictest levels of confidentiality, food scientists are available to develop Pro Mix® solutions.
