20th Anniversary Message from Jeff A. Thom, CEO

June 21,2007 — It is hard to believe that 20 years have passed since I formed All American Foods. There have been many challenges and rewards that I have learned from and therefore, I have appreciated both. During that time, we have grown from one facility to four and we continue to grow. Our business success comes from, what I believe to be, our two greatest business assets, our customers and employees.

Our customers have continually shown their confidence in us by giving us their continued business, by sharing new opportunities and by making recommendations to others, as well. We are very grateful for that confidence and continue to do all we can to earn it. Thanks to our talented employees, our manufacturing facilities all operate with an extremely high level of quality, consistency and efficiency. That effort and continued dedication gives us all reason to be extremely positive about our future. I am very grateful for all of the customers and employees that I have had, and continue to have, the privilege of working with. I look forward to working with many of you for years to come. It is with a tremendous amount of humility that I offer all of you a very sincere THANK YOU.

I would also like to acknowledge the most important part of my personal life. My wife Cindy and two sons, Joseph and Andrew, have been giving me their support for many years and it continues today. To them, I offer a very sincere THANK YOU and share with them how truly blessed I feel to share my life with them. I also want to thank my mother, Dorothy M. Hansen, for teaching me the value of personal responsibility, along with other family members, friends and business associates that have taught me much and supported my endeavors over the years.

We are proud to celebrate our 20th anniversary and I am confident that All American Foods will continue its successes for many more years. To all of the aforementioned, I offer a heartfelt THANK YOU.

Sincerely,

Jeff A. Thom
