Quality and Food Safety
Our facilities have approvals from SQF, USDA and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. We have Grade "A" (IMS) approvals and also work with the FDA and several Kosher organizations.
Quality is our number one priority, and we follow special criteria to make sure it happens. Foremost is a fully implemented HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) program. Supporting this program are special procedures utilized at every operational step, from receiving of raw ingredients through finished product deliveries.
Along with our own in-house testing capabilities, we work with independent certified laboratories for the testing of our ingredients, finished products and sanitary environment.
